- I notice that all the payments need using credit card, is it safe? Are there any other ways of payment?
Our payment processing server is 100% secure. Our merchant account provider is 2Checkout. Please visit their site and you will see that they are one of the finest credit card payment provider in the world. We will not even see your credit card number. 2Checkout is a trusted worldwide credit card merchant provider. You can read their credentials on their site.
Also you can use your Paypal account for payments too. Just choose which one will fit you the best, and pay with it.

- Do you design web pages? Do you design server side web pages like PHP, CGI,... ?
Yes we will design both static (like HTM, HTML,...) and dynamic (like PHP, CGI, ...) pages. For more information please go to our packages section.

You can use the logo in almost anything that is related to your company, For example, your website, business card, t-shirts, posters, souvenirs & merchandise, letterhead, stationeries and many more.

- How will you send the designs?
We always send the designs with email, in compressed zip file formats. We can also send the final and completed designs on CD, That will add the S&H price for the CD to your total price amount depending on your country.

- What are the formats that you can provide?
We can provide you almost all formats for the final and completed design, all for free on your request:
a- High resolution GIF for using in web site.
b- High resolution JPEG/TIFF in 300 dpi format for printing or anything else.
c- High resolution BMP/PNG for using in web, macromedia programs, and other programs.
d- High resolution PSD (Photoshop CS2/CS3 and higher 300 dpi) for further editing by yourself.
We can also send the final design in two major color formats: RGB and CMYK

- How long it will take for you to design my logos?
Generally we will design the first sketches/drafts after 2 working days.
After you have got the first drafts, we want you to send us your comments about them. Then we will focus on the sketch that you want, and make the changes and again we will send you more sketches of that one, with the changes that you have told us.

- What if I'm not satisfied at all, after you have designed concept for me? Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes. We will give the %100 of your money back for any reason that you are not happy with our design. But please remember, you should ask for it just after you received the first concept(s).

- What if I'm not satisfied with the first concepts / sketches / drafts?
Don't worry, Just tell us and we will repeat the designs until you are %100 satisfied, and completely happy with the designs !. Its our job to create new drafts. The number of concepts are as mentioned in package you'll buy.
Also you can request moneyback if you're not satisfied, just after you've recieved the first concept.
